Due to the camp's location in the middle of the desert, surrounded by high mountains, there is no network connection available in the area. We have an emergency phone with a local SIM card that can be used for free by all guests.
Our campsite is not reachable by standard cars; a 4WD vehicle is needed. We provide a free shuttle service with our 4WD trucks from "Aladdin Camp Parking Area" at Qa'a Ad Diseh to the camp upon arrival and departure.
Yes, all our room categories are provided with AC (cooling & heating), private bathroom, and hot water.
Yes, we accept card payments. However, some desert tours must be paid in cash only, such as Jeep safari tours, camel rides, and hiking.
All accommodation bookings include dinner and breakfast meals (Half Board meal plan), regardless of the booking source.
No need to book any desert activity prior to arrival. All tours can be arranged on the spot and are available anytime, every day. The only exception is the Hot Air Balloon, which must be booked in advance.
We believe each environment should have its own unique style inspired by the surrounding nature. We keep the Bedouin lifestyle as simple as the desert itself, with comfortable accommodation at the same time.
No, we do not serve alcoholic drinks. However, you are welcome to bring your own without any corkage fees.
